Thanks, Howard, for allowing me to take a picture of us together! This is the 1st trishaw (that is how we call this in Asia) or 1st pedicab (as you call it) I saw in Yuma. I never thought I would see one here!
Saw it in front of the Yuma Civic Center where the Annual Yuma Home & Garden Show was held this day.
Whether it is call a trishaw, pedicab, rickshaw, bugbug or cyclo, I think it is a fun way to travel and sightsee in a city, especially if you have difficulty walking or just want to sit back and relax! The 2 times I remembered using the trishaw was in Malaysia and China. The one in Malaysia was powered by a motor while the one in China was human powered. I guess the latter mode serves as exercise for the peddlar!
