Finally, tonight, Michael got to cook the steak the western style. It was good. I enjoyed it. Michael is a good cook. I think I still prefer my steak cooked with green onions!

I am being silly again! Mike will never forget this for the rest of his life! Me also!
Never bought it. Never seen it. Never cook it or remember cooking other steaks either. I have eaten steaks but not a boneless beef ribeye steak. I read the label - I can see but I was blind!
Mike had taken it out from the freezer and left it to defrost in the fridge for tonight's dinner. I have taken it for granted, as a ordinary piece of meat, as I did to all the pork that I have bought!
He got the shock of his life when he saw a bowl of slices of what he believed to be the steak, together with other food preparations, that I was about to cook for dinner.This is what the boneless beef ribeye steak turned out - stir-fried beef with green onions and ginger.
